Gabriel truly knows how to connect with you and care about what your needs are as a customer. He is knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure my husband and I had the case accessories we were needing and in repairing cell phones. We will always come see Gabriel for anything cell phone related before we go anywhere else. Many mahalos Gabriel! Its rare to find such genuine customer service now a days. See you in a couple days when I come in to order my new case for my Samsung A8 Tablet!

1 month after- I came into the store with a cracked screen on my tablet. they repaired it in about 2 hours but a couple days later the screen started to get small cracks again( due to my tablet being slightly warped) but they ended up just doing another replacement screen, at no cost to me with a few tweaks so that it wouldn't crack again. Island cell have excellent customer service and charged the cheapest rate compared to any other company in Hilo.

I went there looking for a SIM tray for my iphone. The price to order these online is $5. The lady there wanted to charge me $45. Stay away from this place. The good reviews are all part of a scam to require a review to get a discount, this is how these stores cheat the review system.
