Unhappy about the bill pay. A party of 7 was charge an automatic 23% tip charge (Absolutely Ridiculous) for the buffet. The tip was calculated including the tax. When tips should be calculated pre-tax.
The tip for a $276.00 bill which, wrongfully Included the tax in their calculation was $63.00 for pouring water.
To assess a 23% tip for a "Large" party is ridiculous for a buffet.
I would expect 15% to 18% for a large party. But pre taxed..
Major Fail Brasstown Valley.... You're ripping unsuspecting / naive customers off.
Clarke Howard would ashamed of your business practice...

Sunday brunches fantastic exclamation point seafood on Fridays excellent as well!

Went to the Friday seafood buffet. Nice setting, service was great. Food was nothing special. A little pricey for the quality of food.
