Absolutely the best in the business! Emily learned from the best and it shows. She's also extremely detailed, very knowledgeable, insighful and a joy to work with. There are many challenges when selling a working farm but Emily worked through the issues and made it all come together ending in a sale that was above our expectations! Emily is the only realtor I would recommend!

I knew we needed the best . Heres why: We moved from the Atlanta area in 2015. A new horse in a new arena you could say . I knew Richard first . I knew his reputation in our new area. Mountains.Lakes. Homes.Land .. these things are a bit different than in metro areas, ie: rules / regulations / zoning and even buyers and sellers scenarios. Then later, I met Emily . What a joy she was too! They both helped to guide us along the way with every thought process I had of what ifs, from a lake home purchase and a few years later the sale of that lake home. Then on to selling our personal home on a mountainside( that was stressful for us as we were building a new home/ moving 2 hours away)! This was the end of 2023 . Emily is steady, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to chat and work through scenarios. She listens. Very Well. I needed that . I understand the highest compliment a Realtor can receive is a referral. I know this is true.. as Ive been an active Realtor in metro Atlanta for over 35 years.
