This organization is at peak inefficiency and incompetence. They began modifying my child support as a father based only on the word of the mother. I have custody of our oldest and it took only a phone call from the mother to begin a review to increase the amount of support I had tobpay her. However, when I told them that the oldest had not graduated they demanded proof he was still in school. It is impossible to get correct information on anything that requires a date or dollar amount. Their incompetence becomes your responsibility and they treat you like a deadbeat when you ask what needs to be done to compensate for their laziness. They call themselves a service but do not offer a phone number to make direct contact with them. However, they will try and call you in the middle of your workday and then document that you did not answer their phone call. This is possibly the worst government agency to deal with, even worse than the IRS. At least they can give you a clear date and honest dollar amount.

I grew up in foster care and this was my dfcs office for a good period and they would hardly ever check up on you once they placed you in a foster home and among many other reasons but mainly because of that one I dislike them strongly so that's why I gave him a two stars... If foster kids were checked up on more regularly in foster care there would be a whole lot less abuse! 💯... Where there is no accountability there is probability of serious abuse! Trust me I know first hand unfortunately 💔...it's just heartbreaking 💔 what alot of foster kids are going through as we speak smh💔...

They treat everyone as if you are beneath them. No matter the facts. Even when there is proof of and error
