I came here to get my prescription filled as my normal pharmacy did not carry the medicine I needed for my migraines. I usually use this location as my 2nd pharmacy for such occasions when my main pharmacy doesn't carry certain meds. I have not been at this location in several years, but I did go today to get my prescription filled. What a crazy experience. First, the store is so filthy & dirty I couldn't believe it. There was an actual pizza hut pizza box on the floor, little pieces of trash everywhere. It looked like the store has not been vacuum in months. The area behind the blood pressure machine has all types of wadded up tissues and trash behind it. It was just really disgusting. Anyway, I drop my rx off at 11am & the lady said it would be ready in 2 hours. Normally, when my rx is ready I receive a text, so I asked her will I get at text when it's ready and she said yes. Well., at 5pm I decided to just go back up there becuz I never got a text. Went thru drive thru this timand was handed my rx in under 10 minutes. I pull off and park in a parking space to look at my rx and guess what, it's not even the right rx. So. I GO BACK IN the store and wait another 2 hours for them to give me the correct rx. No explanation or nothing as to why I was given the wrong rx. I'll just chalk it up to be very busy and shortstaffed, but I will not be coming here again.

Cant even answer the phone been on hold for 30 min just to get a prescription status smh

We came through to pick up a prescription that had been called in an hour prior. When I called I spoke to April who told me it would be an additional hour... for an inhaler & a steroid pack. We waited 30-40 minutes in the parking lot & waited for the long line to pass so we didn't overwhelm the techs. When we pulled up we gave the name of the patient to a tech and as she's looking it up April jumps in the window saying in a very hostile manor "Yea yall just called. I said it would be an hour." I replied with "I called about 30 minutes ago & wanted to see if it was ready early. Do you know about how much longer it would take?" I got the response of "If I said an hour 30 minutes ago that means it's going to take 30 minutes." So, I canceled my CVS prescription & sent it to Walgreens. Ms. April needs a lesson or two on couth.
