This would definitely be a 1 star however Jeff the Pharmacist on duty today at 3:34 is the rudest person that Ive encountered there. I went to get my prescription filled and was told it would be filled tomorrow. I said that I needed the pain meds since I just had a extraction. The tech goes to Jeff and he said to my face that it would be a couple of hours because I just cant skip over other people. I never suggested such and it was rude and disrespectful for him to say. I took my prescriptions becyo dont trust people like him. The Watson Blvd location filled my prescriptions in 20 minutes because everyone working are class acts and care about people. Jeff will run off other customers with his hatefulness.

Called pharmacy regarding a prescription not covered, spoke with someone who explained it was considered an over the counter drug, so my insurance wouldn't cover, the cost was triple then what other companies were selling, decided to call back to confirm if it was same item, spoke with another tech, who wasn't courteous, short tempered, and kindly said "if the pharmacist said that was the price than that was the price" I explained I wasn't sure whom I spoke to on prior call but wanted to make sure I was looking at the proper item, this tech was extremely rude and said it cost that much because they don't sell it over the counter, and that's the cost. I've never encountered such a terrible temperament from a service tech, all of these techs seems overwhelming and no longer offer service with a smile, so sad

This pharmacy is terrible. First they said they took care of calling the doctor for a prescription because they didn't have enough to fill the original Rx. 2 days ago my husband called to make sure they did it. He was told yes. We have it on hold. You can pick up Friday. Called Friday morning and they said they had no record of it. Pharmacist was very rude. Told me she couldn't make a prescription magically appear to call the Dr office. Called the Dr. Who said they would take care of it. 2 hours later, cvs says no prescription. Drove to the Dr office and they called cvs. Cvs said oh yeah, we have it. I could go on and on about other Rx they screwed up. All this happened the day my husband had surgery. Added stress I didn't need. Won't be using cvs ever again. I can't believe the government contracted with cvs to service active duty and retired military and family members
