      image I guess me and taxes are just gonna have a problem. This is the first year with Jackson Hewitt and probably last. The myjh account is a joke. I haven't been able to successfully see what's going on with my refund yet. I went to Jackson Hewitt because of the "refund advance" bit thats a joke as well. Made a big deal of it on the commercials, but I had to mention it and trust me, they were not trying to sell it, and why you ask?because your gonna get put thru a bals database they use, and if your credit is good I guess, you get one. Well, the only thing quick about this whole experience was the speed at which they denied me. So, probably won't be back. Sorry I came
