      image Been coming here for years and never had a problem. This year we made an appointment for 5PM. When we walked in we were met by a very unprofessional person named Marcia. She informed us that we did not have an appointment because she gets off at 5. We explained that we have a confirmation and that the door even states they're open until 7. She said, "I don't know what to tell ya, I get off at 5". She knew we were coming and despite the stores own publicly displayed hours she's refused to help us. We've given this place thousands of dollars over the years and will never return.
