For most of my life, I can remember my grandfather, Bill Becknell, chasing his dreams as a business owner. For 30 years, he poured his time and energy into his business. Just a few years ago, after many years in the dental field, I took a new path and began working with him and learning the ropes of the family business. What initially began as me helping with day to day activities ended with me falling in love with the customers and Grandpas company. I have always loved building relationships with my customers; it can be challenging at times, but I have found a smile goes a long way. After my grandfather passed away in August 2019, I parted ways with his company as the family chose to do something different, but I knew I wanted to keep my grandfathers dream alive. He loved his store and his customers, and now I look forward to making my dreams come true by honoring his name and love for others with my newest adventure, Bills.
