We were selling our home in Florida and buying one in Georgia. Stacy Herrin was our agent in the buying of a home in Georgia. She was diligent in working with our Florida realtor to ensure a well coordinated process. Stacy is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is very personable and listens carefully to fully understand your needs and preferences. She also is extremely knowledgeable about her market and all steps of the buying and selling process. She follows up on every detail. She knows her responsibilities and everyone else's and works tirelessly to ensure a flawless buying process that stays on schedule. She makes herself available for calls at all hours. We were finalizing the sale and closing during the Christmas and New Year's holidays, and Stacy was always available and kept in touch with all parties to ensure the closing stayed on target. I can't say enough about how hard she works for her client. She is A++ and you would be hard-pressed to find anyone better to work for you. She knows the pitfalls of a long-distance move and she works tirelessly to ensure everyone stays on schedule. She goes above and beyond what is expected.
