Never was greeted or asked if I needed help. Upon finding what I needed on my own, I mistakenly had stepped stepped behind a checkout counter and was rudely confronted by an employee who seemed more concerned about ordering me to move than helping me. I left without purhasing my item never to return there again.

Worst customer service ever. She was playing with her phone and then looked so annoyed when asked for help. Rude, grumpy and unhappy. Not going back for sure.

I came in ten minutes to close and needed to print some stuff. I had no idea what to do and was kind of worried because I walked in so close to closing. Zaria took the time to help me out and get me out in a timely order. She was considerate and kind but still worked hard to get my stuff done. I would highly recommend this Office Depot!! 5\5

My online order was reduced without notification from the store. Upon arrival for curbside pickup Victor place my half order in the rear of my vehicle. I explained I was also picking up another order for someone else so Victor closes my hatch. A few minutes later the 2nd order is brought out. When I questioned the amount of that order was told that they had an issue within the store and the manager decided to reduce my order. I asked inside the store to speak with the manager and now Victor is the assistant manager. I requested to speak with whomever decided to cut my order which was made prior to the order that was completed in full. A call was placed to someone who I did not get to speak with and resulted in no change or explanation. I placed my order before 8 am. I received notification that my order was complete before 8 am. My order was changed around 3 pm. I arrived just before 5.
