I WENT OVER HERE FOR THANK YOU CARDS TO BE PRINTED FOR MY PACKAGES. LADY TOLD ME GIVE HER 24HRS. THAT WAS MONDAY HERE IT IS NOW THURSDAY ANS I STILL DONT HAVE MY CARDS. THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR PRINTING IS FINISHED. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING. CALLED THURSDAY NOON AND THE LADY TOLD ME MY CARDS WERE READY FOR PICK UP. WENT TO THE STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DONT HAVE ANY PAPERWORK THAT IVE EVEN PAID FOR anything. I'm calling CORPORATE!

Drove 30m to this location to purchase a chair that came highly recommended and was labeled "in stock" online. Upon arriving and searching around, turns out the chair was not in stock but there were two floor models present. The sales manager told me that I could in fact purchase one, but there would be an additional $20 charge added because the chair was already assembled. 1- the chair had scuffs and wear from being trialed on the floor 2- i did not have any intention of purchasing assembly. The sales manager went back to "speak with another manager" three times about the price and the store would not budge. I could not bring myself to pay over sticker price for a chair that had already been sat in, just because they were out of boxed inventory. Absolutely ridiculous that they try to market worn floor models this way. Ordered the chair online delivered to my house for less than I was being asked to pay for the used chair. Big F for customer service at this location.
