Would give a better review for the level of treatment and service. However, the business office is rather incompetent because I've asked them numerous times to file my claim, but they refuse to do so.

Had my second wisdom tooth surgically removed today, the first was 4 years ago. Dr. Meaders is great and the whole staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them! --Vernon

My daughter had oral surgery here and they did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out. Initially it went very well, but she had some pain after a few days that needed attention. I felt like they followed up well. We were able to talk to a doctor right away and get in to get the problem managed. She's all good now. The staff was kind and helpful. No billing issues.

My daughter had the wisdom tooth extracted in mid-December 2020. I had all the Dental and Medical insurance coverages and PREAPPROVAL & ESTIMATES in writing. Despite that this dentist office forced me to pay $1000 (additional $500 on top of my out of pocket) before the doctor could perform the procedure. Issue#1 - this is ethically wrong to collect an amount beyond my coverage and preapproval. Issue #2 - till date 3/29/2021 Ive made 4 calls to the billing department in Feb&March and they say the insurance claim is not processed by the Dental carrier. This is absurd and an unethical group. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL SURGEON TO ANYONE!! Im thinking of legal steps if the file is not closed within a week and I receive my check.
