Walton Orthodontics

I have two children at Walton orthodontics with aligners. Went in with one of my kids today for the first time since my 13 year old got the aligners(in August 2020). I had to ask previously for an update regarding my child's progress as I was not able to go inside with my child. Her follow up appointment(date and time) was made without any contact with me. Today, Dr. Walton was condescending and dismissive. Even my 13 year old said that he was very rude. Was really taken aback as I just wanted to make sure she was on track with her progress. Apparently, asking how my child's progress is going is too much to ask and I am a complete idiot for asking as I should already know all this. Not a good experience.

I've been wearing their aligners (Dr. Walton's aligners, not the invisalign brand) for a month. Before I wore them, I had problems flossing but now I'm able to floss without any problems. My teeth have moved a lot in just one month.

Dr. Walton is an amazingly caring doctor. He did a fantastic job with a stint in my bottom teeth. I never felt any pain, and my general dentist even told me it was an excellent job after seeing it done! The office staff gave a very fair price, and I felt like I was treated extremely respectfully. I could not recommend this office enough!
