My wife and I have been clients with this practice for at least 12 to 13 years, my wife had some work done last year and it was related to pre-existing work. Apparently the office filed against our insurance company without our knowledge, it shouldn't have been done since it was related to prior work. We have moved out of state since June of last year. We had other dental work done at our new dentist's office and ended up paying $573 out of our pocket because of this office filling when they shouldn't have. I called them to inquire about it with the accounting staff, they knowledged and agreed that they shouldn't have done that, however they needed the account manager Craig to correct it and I was promised that he would call me back, so after at least 10 messages over a period of three months, I never got a call back, it is terrible service especially for being a LOYAL client for a long time. Dr. Haley is nice, but very disappointed that this goes on in her practice.
