We've been going to this office going on three years. The hygienist are AWESOME!! Five stars for them without question. The administrative & billing office are THE WORST I've ever dealt with. They lie, don't return calls, offer no explanation. They just say "I'll will look into this and call you back". Trust, they NEVER do! I have changed dental groups since I now have to have extensive work done due to errors made by their previous dentist. The service and the billing depart at our new dentist so far has been exceptional! They call back as they say the will and have been very thorough. I wish I had never set foot into Suwanee Family Dentistry. Then, I would not be paying again to have their inferior work done over. If you just need a cleaning, Suwanee Family Dentistry is the place. Don't let them do any other work on you. It's a costly regret.

Staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always listen to concerns, and are detailed in their exams and procedures. Best dentist and staff EVER!

Who likes going to the dentist! Well when Dani is your Dental hygienist who does more than just cleans you teeth, but also: (a) gives you information on 'all things for healthy gums, and smile, (b) asks you to show her how you floss to make sure you are doing it right, annnnnd, (c) you both LAUGH during the entire visit... you will drive an hour+ to Suwanee Family for her and the entire dental team. Even the young woman at the front desk navigating patients coming in was very pleasant, helpful, and genuinely kind to everyone who walked in. Try them out, you will literally walk out smiling!
