My mother is a regular customer at this location. She had her denture made here and other things done at this location. She woke up this morning with swelling in her month and complaining about really bad tooth pain. We called to make an urgent dentist appointment. The lady on the phone said they were not able to see her. Because there was no appointment. This was very disappointing. Because all dentists that I deal with can always fit in an urgent case. I didn't think this would be such a problem. I contacted another dentist that she had never been to. They said they could see her today. So look like they have lost a customer there. I will never take my mom to Complete Smile again.

Been coming for 6 years now. Dr. Yi and her staff are very pleasant and always answer questions in detail. The office is super clean and Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Never had any insurance or bill problems.

Very clean, careful, great attention to detail, smooth operations, organized and nice. Never had surgery before but instantly felt I could trust them. Extraction was quick and painless. Best dentist experience ever!!!
