Make sure you block the whole afternoon off if you want to get a single piece of lumber cut. These guys haw way more important things to do than help customers!

Went in to buy a ceiling fan and purchase installation through Lowes. Found the ceiling fan we wanted and proceeded to checkout. Because we were interested in purchasing installation though lowes we begin to ask at checkout so we can have a clear understanding. NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING! The cashier even told us at first we couldnt walk out with the fan which seemed crazy to me! He was a young kid and honestly really nice so I understand he probably truly didnt know but why didnt the other associates that are just standing there that are not kids not know either! After about 30 minutes the young kid is finally able to tell us how the installation process through lowes works. We begin to try to checkout by purchasing the fan and the installation when his computer freezes. We tells us to go to the customer service desk to checkout which we were fine with. When we get to customer service, the young lady that is behind the register is one of the ladies that was with the first kid that tried to check us out. We tell her we just want the fan and charge us for the install and we will the 24 hours for someone to contact us! Her computer is working fine but tells us she cant help! She proceeds to call someone else to help! Well the other employee NEVER CAME! My husband and I are just standing there while she helps other customers with our young child who is getting restless! We stood there for an additional 25 minutes and no one comes. We eventually left and went across the street to Home Depot and were in and out in 15 minutes.
