The Lowe's in Acworth have very rude and arrogant manager, I tried to return the things we bought extra, but I didn't have a receipt(he will not return the money not even with a gift card ), and the Lowes app with my phone number never works, it only shows online purchases and not in-store purchases. For the last 10 years, we've bought everything through Lowes of renovations to new appliances for our house and other family members, but I think it's time to start with Home Depot as our go to store.

Honestly, it's getting harder and harder to find help here. Most were too busy having conversations among themselves to be bothered, and I eventually gave up as I didn't have time to wait around.

Called 8 times and was disconnected 8 times. Had to go to the store to talk to a manager to get a delivery date changed. I would rate their customer service as very poor at the least.

I have renewed faith in the Associates at the Acworth Lowes just because I met a gentleman today named Rob. He went above and beyond today helping me with 3 very heavy 55 lb bags of mortar that I was getting for my husband. He not only put them in my cart but also checked me out and walked me out to my car and loaded them for me. Thank you so much Rob and thank you Lowes for hiring associates that really take their job to the next level. If I ever see you again Rob when I am w/ my husband I know he will want to shake your hand. Thank you so much!!
Need an experienced associate in gardening. We were told we had to go find a skew for something instead of the associate looking up the product and the line was building so we left and went inside??? Also second time we came my husband was loading all his stone by himself It took a long time for an associate to come help him. Acworth Lowes if you want to keep up with home Depot you guys need to step up the game the reason I'm giving you a 3 is last x we were in we had very nice associate help us with loading.
