Ive been goin to this office for years. I love the staff. Theyre considerate, professional and kind. Highly recommend their services.

No provider or phlebotomist on Friday. So why are you open? Make it make sense. Emory, please update your list of locations to have lab work done. I've wasted so much of my valuable time waiting on this place to open, only to be turned around.

This is by far the most unprofessional, unhelpful and inept medical office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It bears the Emory name but it stops there. Trying to get in touch with anyone who can give you a concrete answer to even the simplest of questions is next to impossible. Trying to verify that a lab order was submitted to them from the Emory transplant center was an hour and ten minute nightmare. No one answers phones and when they do they are in such a hurry to pass you off the next person, even if it's not the right person, because they can't be bothered to LISTEN to your question. ONE question that could have been answered in 2 minutes: Do you have my lab order there in the office so I don't drive over there for nothing. Apparently this request is too much for them to handle and began an hour and ten minute journey of being on hold and transferred all over the hospital system. The Centerville location should be considered an embarrassment to the Emory system and should lose their association with them. Never have I experienced so much incompetence. If this is the best they can do, it's time to close the location down. Ridiculous.
