Communication and responsiveness from management is exceptional. I have been a resident for over 3 years. I love the sense of community and all the community events. I also appreciate the upkeep of the property. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. My favorite Cortland staff are Donna (resident services) and Oscar (maintenance) Maintenance is fast and helpful. Finally, I love ZUMBA. The community classes are great. I am going to miss the community and my new Cortland friends. :(

I have lived in this place for more than a year and it is excellent. Customer service is great, always looking for a solution to make your stay more comfortable, especially Carolina, who is a very kind and helpful person. I really like the gym and the fact that I live surrounded by nature

The community is really nice, the leasing team is stellar too. Unfortunately I am living under someone who is constantly stomping around and the team hasnt directly addressed it with the resident, so that is disappointment and has made my experience here less than amazing. Everything else is good!

Mallorie has been extremely helpful and very sweet in this process. She went above and beyond and definitely deserves 5 stars! If you are in need of an apartment transfer lease, definitely ask for Mallorie Norman!
