        I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the management of Georgian Oaks Apartments . Despite fulfilling all obligations as a resident, I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. Numerous attempts to address this matter have been unfruitful, leading to frustration and disappointment. Future tenants should be wary of potential deposit-related complications when considering this property. I'm waiting for legal proceeding from the court.

        This was definitely a scam. I trusted them when I was moving from Florida to Georgia and when I got there the apartment looked like a rat infested dump and was not even ready on my day for moving.!! I would not recommend this place to anybody. It is a total dump and a scam.

        I love this complex it's very quiet everything in my apartment works perfectly fine and I would recommend this place to live for anyone with children very safe place for your children and everyone looks out for each other.

        The Georgian Oaks Apt are very quiet and clean places to live for families or single parents with children. Theyre also very friendly and easy to work with in getting a nice place to stay with a swimming pool and area close to the Braves stadium, downtown Atlanta.
