Nurses and front staff was awesome and caring. The provider needs to learn compassion. My mother suffers from acute memory loss and does not have insurance. She was scolded for not bringing her meter as she did forget and for skipping appointments. Again, no insurance so she goes when she can especially being that insulin is over $500. He didnt ask why or bother to ask how he can help. Instead he says he has a waitlist of patients that is willing to do the work essentially saying she is lying. Said he doesnt want to see her if she forgets the meter again which is fine because I dont think we will be back. At the end of the visit, not even a have a nice day was said to us. Only a bye after she said so. No bed side manners whatsoever or an ounce of empathy was showed.

Dr. Patel is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He thoroughly answered all questions and addressed all concerns during my mothers visit, in a caring way that was understandable. We highly recommend his services and will continue with him as needed.
