Wellstar Urgent Care

Paid $190 to be told something I already knew. In a lot of pain from a cyst. To be told to come back the next day, pay another $190 and then another Dr can fix.

Urgent care has always been good to me. My wait is never to long. Staff has been nice. If I know they are going to close soon I'll call to ask if certain depts are available and if not I'll go the next morning. For example.... I broke my wrist last year and it was late in the afternoon, when I called it was someone I would have needed to see that was gone for the day so I'd have to come back in the morning anyway..... I just waited until the morning cause I didn't want to deal with a hospital.

Called multiple times for information and no answered the phone and then when they finally answered I was automatically placed on hold without a greeting or anything. How is this place still operating?

Incompetent front desk ppl. You sign in and get a wait time, then they cancel your appointment after they tell you you do not need to wait in the waiting area. On top of that, Im a long time wellstar patient but bc I have not seen a primary care provider there in a while they charged me $40 for being a new patient Dont go here, peachtree medical is way WAY better .
