Was charged hundreds of dollars for a "eval and moderate and complexity problem" (not sure what that means) I have primary and secondary insurance and have never been charged by any of my past doctors office for that. I am being charged for labs that should be charged to AllCare. I wish my doctor would leave this practice. Dr. Melvin Williams is the best doctor I have ever had. I am sad to have to stop going to him due to outrageous billing practices at AllCare. Find a different practice!!!! Or maybe I need to leave blue cross blue shield. Either way I wont be back unfortunately.

Love the lady at the front desk . But do not see Adjoa Duker, MD she is prejudice towards homosexuals. A very horrible experience do not waste your time. She made me wife for moral support leave the room. I never had a doctor ask me the type of questions she asked me . She made me feel very uncomfortable. Its almost like she didnt want to touch me . Oh my Gosh it was so horrible. Every time I tried to tell her what was going on she grinned, I could tell she didnt want to help me. Trust me go see somebody else .

The staff is amazing and Dr.Williams is the best! He really listens and is patient and shows that he cares and that is uncommon for most doctors these days. I always recommend him to everyone I know and meet!
