I was charged over $500 to replace the thermostat on my refrigerator. Three months later it stopped working again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

We tried to use them. Repairman was supposed to come out in the evening the same day and canceled last minute. We rescheduled for next day...the office had him scheduled. When he called he "did not get his scheduled early enough the evening before for him to come out" even though we were told he would be out between 12 to 1. I just would not bother with this company. 5/19/21 Update: A technician from diffenrt company came out and told us there is no problem with compressor at all and it was leakage problem and he was able to fix it. This means the Puls technician gave me wrong diagnosis. He probably hoped that I would back off and just buy a new refrigerator because of the repair cost. AVOID this company for refrigerator repairs. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do not use this company. Like other reviews below, I feel I was scammed by this company. They responded promptly with the initial call. The technician came out and told me it "might or might not" be the compressor problem and took $75 as a diagnosis fee. I told him to go ahead and replace the compressor. He said he will follow up. I waited for 2 weeks. They never called me back. I called them back and whenever I call them they "apologize" and tells me they will "escalate" my case to the higher level and they will "try" to reach the technician. I've heard 2 representatives saying exactly same phrase verbatim in 2 days. They must have been told to read the pre-prepared script to the customers who are complaining the same issue. Then again, nothing happens. I requested refund on the diagnosis fee. Of course they denied it. Service: Freezer repair

I scheduled an appointment for Puls to repair my washer and I was asked to reschedule my appointment multiple times a short time before the scheduled appointment. They eventually canceled it. If they could not have done the job I get it, but don't give people the run around for a few days beforehand.
