Wow! Fast and easy service and very affordable. I was shocked at how quickly my dryer was fixed. Same day service! Definitely recommend!

Our bottom freezer stopped working last night and multiple appliance repair companies told me they couldn't come out until next week. I called John and he was out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue (freon leak) at no charge, had to come back later in the day with the equipment to refill it. He put dye in with it so we'd notice if the leak became more serious, but we have a working freezer again for only $170! He also looked at our dryer which had been making a screeching noise and got back quickly with a quote of $200 to replace all 4 bearings (labor and parts). Looks like we're going to be getting new appliances in the next couple of months, but I appreciate the transparency and not having to make a rush decision. Will definitely recommend his services to anyone who asks me and give him a call if we have any other issues. Services: Freezer repair, Washer/dryer repair, Dryer repair, Refrigerator/freezer repair

I called this company to switch around my washer and dryer and extend the drain hose.  This wasn't a complicated job.  He came out the first day and took a look at the job and stated he'd be back tomorrow with what he needed.  That's when the problems began with communication and commitment to an eta.  He responded to an text at 8:38 that he would be onsite today.  At 12:52 I had to ask him for an eta.  He responded with an hour or two.  Pretty much a full day I had to  wait.  He comes back looks at it again and states he still doesn't have what he needs and he'll be back tomorrow.  He stated he would be on site before or around noon, at noon the next day I text again for an eta, I texted again a half hour later and his response was he was going to "rig" it.  I then sent a text to forget the job and return everything back to what it was.  I didn't get a response so I called him and said let's forget the job and hook my stuff back up.  At that point he became irate stated he didn't appreciate I got an attitude and hung up.  Had no response since AND he has my parts so I can't have someone hook my appliances back up without buying another part.  Worst experience I've ever had and he's keeping something that doesn't belong to him.  This is what you get for customer service, from my view, from Sager Appliance Repair
