Save yourself from the stress, and dont order from them! Paid extra $15 to get the 4 hours rush delivery. Ordered at 9:17 am 4/18, didnt arrives until 5PM. Called and ask for explanation then I was told by the Customer Service: "Someone from the shipping department will give you a call in the morning." As expected I got nothing 4/27. BTW, they outsource the order to another company. LMAO!

Stay Away!!! Ordered flower bouquet for wedding. Item specified with 3 flowers and they added this terrible greenery that was like buds. They either wilted or looked wilted. I had a friend (in her bridesmaid dress) cut all the ugly greenery out and it came out pretty okay. I called the next week after my honeymoon and they told me to call back for the manager. 3 days later when I spoke to the manager (who I had to call back) he asked me why I didn't call that day. When I explained we picked the flowers up at 11, and they closed at 12 he said why didn't you call Monday. (I was on my honeymoon, duh!) Then he said, well there's nothing I can do for you. I spent $200 on that bouquet which they added greenery that was not specified, extraneous and especially ugly and they tell me there's nothing they can do for me?! Just look at the terrible BBB reviews. They are awful!!!
