First issue is that they delivered my order after business hours of the company and no one was there to receive the flowers. I don't understand why it takes them from the time they open until the time they close to prepare and deliver, and it isn't even a holiday. The flowers that were delivered did not look like the ones advertised on the 1-800 Flowers website. They look like the last ones at Kroger. I understand that it will not be exact, but the quality of the flowers were very poor. When they delivered the 2nd set of flowers they delivered "Get well soon" flowers to my wife. My wife has to contact them to inform them of this mistake.

I went to this store at 9:30 am and the door was locked. I turned around and a gentleman was behind me and proceeded to unlock the door and walk in as if I was invisible. I asked were they open. He looked me up and down (weird) and told me I have to order online. A bit rude and the way he didn't greet me kept looking me up and down made was extremely rude . Not sure what his deal was but I won't be ordering from them.

Talked to a gentleman at the flower shop about doing a heart shape spray for a funeral on a Saturday. He was very nice and helpful in what I was looking for as in the color arrangement of the flowers and he also communicated with me on text and kept me informed. He was able to do the arrangement on that Friday and deliver it on Friday afternoon. Everyone loved the blue roses and white arrangement. The display was so amazing and beautiful. Thank you G & J Florist!!!
