Rough in was great . Pastor Guy is great person. But now i need a little very little help and cant get through or a respond back from text. Had to call someone else.

Absolutely despicable! I put in a service request with my home warranty company first thing Monday morning. I was matched with this company Tuesday afternoon, I waited the 24 hours that it was indicated in the email it would take for the company to reach out and schedule. I reached out via phone and left a text message for the company very nicely asking if they needed anything from me to schedule. (I know that my message was read a few minutes later because the iPhone read receipts are on.) I waited until Thursday morning and called my home warranty company again by late afternoon they were still unable to get ahold of anyone from this company to schedule my service so they agreed to match me with a new company. I just got off the phone with the warranty company again and found out that Boyd’s plumbing submitted a diagnostic without ever having an appointment. I understand that things happen and maybe there was a miscommunication about availability when the initial match occurred, but a simple response to my text that they were not interested or unavailable would have sufficed. And now to find out that the company fraudulently added a diagnostic without ever stepping foot on property or eyes on the water heater I am just disgusted.
