I see all of these comments and 100% agree. I got admitted July 19, 2022. I didnt get out for another week and they said it was only gonna be 72 hours. Also, i was really upset because i couldnt see my family and i was BAWLING my eyes out and NOBODY comforted me or told me it was gonna be ok, they just told us to go to sleep. And they also let this girl sleep walk and she was pulling peoples hair and scaring everybody and they did nothing about it. (not the girls fault that she does that im talking about the staff that didnt help her) and i had to lie my way out of there like others have said and all we did was play games and watch disney channel. Please do not send your loved ones here.

Ive enjoyed the service Ive received and continue to receive at this facility. Ive had my fare share of circumstances as well as mental and physical setbacks however, Coastal Harbor has been most helpful in my experience. The process is never easy but its always comforting to know there is a wonderfully structured, kind, accessible space to be yourself while receiving assistance on being the best person you can be. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers that make this possible.

I am reading the reviews and I must say I agree with the fact that they hold people longer than needed due to insurance! I have a sibling in this facility as we speak who has been held for over a week! (They have really good insurance) retired veteran from the military. Our calls go unanswered, we have been hung up on, I have made multiple calls, I feel helpless and disregarded! I live in a whole different state! Please do not send your loved ones to this facility!!! We want answers, we care about our loved one and will not rest until they are home with children.

While I was at coastal harbor I had an pleasant time the staff was there for the patient needs and coping skills was thought that I needed. Ms. Rebecca Mr. Nick and Mr Clay was there for all my needs.

Costal harbor behavioral wasnt too bad of and experience some night are hard to get threw but for the most part if you need the help they definitely whats best for you.
