This office is a joke. The counselors are late to their appts with clients. The counselors advice for my daughters outburst and physical abuse towards me was to let her yell and get it out of her system. My own counselor went MIA on me. She never answered her phone, never returned any messages, I talked to the supervisor and she talked to my counselor who told her I was always a no show, havent tried to call or anything which is untrue. I would highly recommend not using this office.

Everything about this office/mental health therapy group is off & Unprofessional. From them not answering the phones, to moving offices without even notifying patients. To the facts that the "doctors/nurse practitioners" only interview patients via Skye to PROVIDE MEDS(and this was long before COVID)... Like wouldn't a professional want to physically see a patient at some point??!! Do not trust YOU'RE CHILDS MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY TO THESE PEOPLE... THE STATE SHOULD KNOW HOW THEY ARE HANDLING the Mentally ill.... They need to be held accountable
