    Mrs Garcia is very professional and informative, but also very courteous and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable of the business of insurance. She make sure that you understand everything discussed before you leave her office, and she also make sure that all of your questions and concerns has been addressed. She takes her time in explaining things in a way that you understand. I have had several insurance agents in the past but I can truly say that Kaiwa Garcia is by far the best. Thank you Mrs Garcia.

    We have had a great experience with Kai so far. She has been super helpful and has been willing to answer all of my (sometimes excessive) questions! the process was very smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend Kai to our friends for home and auto insurance! As a side note, I work in a career that is regularly exposed to home insurance claims, and I would recommended Country Financial over multiple other insurance companies.

  • My Two Cents

    Ive been a CF client for almost six years, and pay my policy for home and auto by automatic bank draft every month. Twice now in less than a year theyve had a glitch in their system and funds were not withdrawn on the usual date. This month (Feb) I received an email from CF thanking me for my payment, and it was withdrawn from my bank account. Several days later I received notice via USPS mail the policy has not been paid this month and will be canceled. I attempt to call during regular business hours, no answer. Today I receive yet another notice via mail stating my policy has been reinstated.effective a week away. Im reinstated due to a company error? After repeated phone calls I am told its due to another glitch on their end and although an internal email was claimed to have been sent with affected customers names included, it was not. I received no notice, no phone call advising me of this. I had to clarify it on my end and spend my time getting answers. Wheres my notice apologizing for company error - again - and mistakenly referring to my policy as lapsed and reinstated.? Wasting my time during business hours to deal with this? Ill wait. Get your business / banking issues resolved or Ill sign with another company who does not have repeated issues.
