I don't usually have time to write reviews but as a business owner I belive it helps people shopping online to get the information needed to make important decisions.
I recently had my business compromised when a burglar broke into my service truck and wiped me out. My current insurance company contracted Martin Engle & Associates to handle my situation and shortly after I was contacted by their Senior Adjuster Aaron Jones.
Mr. Jones stepped in and made the entire process work like he was born doing this. He had to deal with my eagerness to want an immediate answer, and my poor attitude that came across as anger only because of my situation not being able to work. Despite my actions he was nothing short of professional to a degree that the word stellar would do him no justice. If you need a company to provide you with hands down the greatest service available, and you value your assets then you should look no further then this group of highly dedicated individuals. Thanks again Mr Jones, and I hope to work with you in the future.
