Lester's Florist

I am very disappointed in Lester's. My younger sister passed away. Our family went in together to place orders. I ordered a standing spread, very full of different flowers and showed the lady who assisted us what I wanted. She told me that that type would run me about $200. I ordered it, told her I wanted the lillies white as in the photo and that I wanted burgundy, pink and white with the other flowers. She assured me that they would make it beautiful. What showed up at the funeral was NOT what I expected or ordered. There was one rose, and this spread was not full of flowers at all, it was so skimpy I could count the flowers. I was in Savannah for an entire week after the funeral and I called every single day including the day of the funeral, I have left countless messages and no one has returned my call yet. If I had my own transportation, I would have gone back into the store. My last tribute to my sister was less than desirable. However my best friend and her sister ordered through your store and theirs was what mine should have been. I am so disappointed and frustrated because I know you have received my messages.

They done an absolute amazing job. I called in to place an order and they went above my expectations. The lady who took my order was so kind and took time for me at such a last minute order. They got it done quickly and had it ready for pickup. I would definitely recommend this florist to everyone!!! Thank you so much for helping brighten up my mommas day!!!!
