We had to put our cat down due to cancer. I had a beautiful delivery of flowers from friends. When the delivery driver found out the occasion he gave a teddy bear to my husband for me. The flowers were beautiful and delivery person was A+++

The delivery couple was do sweet. When they found out my 12 year old granddaughter was ill they gave her a stuffed bear. The bouquet was beautiful. Gerber daisys and roses. were a good

I wish I could leave ZERO stars: Buyer beware, if you have any kind of issue with your delivery, or lack thereof, you will have to deal with Rude Betty. First, she called our recipient at the hospital to tell them she could not deliver our flowers to her, then when we called and asked for a cancellation of the and full refund everything seemed fine. We paid through Pay pal and had received an order confirmation, however we did not receive a cancellation confirmation with notice of the pending refund after speaking with Betty. The following day, I called to see why... and holy moly the rudeness that was spewed from Betty's mouth. She talked in circles, told me she didn't know her refund policy, that I would have to take it up with "them". Who is "them"? She couldn't articulate who she was referring to "them" as. When I tried to explain that it seemed off kilter that I had not received an cancellation notice via email, she got very irate and accused me of trying to start a fight with her, and then hung up on me. I am very disappointed, growing up in Savannah, Pink House Florist was always a go to, but now I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. The telephone interaction I had with her over the phone was highly unprofessional, and she should be ashamed that she would treat her customers in that manner. I can only imagine how she would have treated me at her counter.
