Bought a scooter. Needed new parts right away. Took about a month to get it fixed. Only to find out it still wasn't correct. Their reply was...THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO. Seems I wasted my money.

ok first off I meet Paul over a year ago when I had issues with my scooter that I purchased from the internet mind you I did have it covered under warranty but I had to ship to them somewhere out in the Midwest so I called Paul made an appointment he showed up on time he could not fix my issues as he didn't have the parts so I got on phone with the people that I purchased it from after 3 months I got the part to fix my issue they sent the wrong part so another month are two to get right part Paul assured me it was easy to fix so i did it myself it ran fine for the next year then broke down AGAIN not going through that again so i decided i was going to buy another one I called Paul on a Thursday we talked I did my research called him back on a Friday told him to order me one as it was only about 100 dollars more than what I could have gotten it for off the internet I figured it was worth it for me as I would have he service it and deliver it if I had any issues with it in the future it was what I wanted he showed up put it together in about an hour and I was off and riding again now mind you this was yesterday sense then I have almost put 150 miles on it I would highly recommend Paul in any form weather you are buying a new scooter are just need to have it serviced Thanks Paul for the awesome service
