Customer Service. Knowledge. Top Notch Staff. Top Notch mechanics. Trained In knowledge of machines, equipment, gear. Josh. Ina. Lemon. Brought in my son, whose never twisted a throttle, squeezed a brake lever, I chose to absolutely stand in the shadows, Listen and watch as the staff "took" my son, explained, taught, advised, and when THEY were certain he understood, then step by step: guided him to making thee best decision regarding a machine, equipment, gear. Their main concern; his safety, his understanding and knowledge of each. Never Once pushing a sale. We stopped in on 4 occasions, spending HOURS in the shop. NEVER ONCE pushed on making a sale. More importantly, taking the time to explain all areas, concepts of riding, and how you just never purchase a machine or helmet according to how it looks. New and Old riders: THIS IS THE PLACE WERE YOU, NO MATTER YOUR SKILL LEVEL OR KACK RHERE-OF:MATTER. Hats off to Josh, Ina, Lemon.
