Richard is quite rude and speaks to others as though they are beneath him. I understand that being on-call can be tiresome, etc. but he chose this career path, not me. Treat customers with respect and if you don’t like the job, resign!

Worst install I’ve ever seen. A brand new unit looks like it’s 10 years old. They messed up and are trying to charge me for their mistakes. Definitely do not recommend.

We called McDevitt to get a 2nd opinion when our downstairs Heat/AC unit needed replacing. Chris came out to evaluate our systems and confirmed that we needed a new unit downstairs, offering a price significantly below the quote from our previous provider. Nate and Rico installed the new unit and gave us further information on our upstairs unit which saved us from making an expensive repair. All 3 were extremely professional and polite.
