We were very satisfied with the new AC that we received from Burroughs Heat and Air Co. They arrived when they said they would, installed the unit,and we had 3 days of wonderful AC power. Then, our unit went out. Brent came out the next morning to assess the problem, and tried to fix it, butneeded some other parts, tools etc, so he returned on Monday. He was upin the sweltering attic for several hours and before he left for the day, he offered to reimburse us to stay in a hotel for the evening since it was so hot. We gladly took him up on that offer. He then returned the next morning, and after an hour, bingo! We had AC again! Evidently he had to do a lot of re-wiring to remedy the problem. We are so grateful that he didn't quit onus during all of this heat, and made sure that we were satisfied customers.We recommend Burroughs Heat and Air Co. You won't be disappointed.

We have been using Burroughs heating and air for years. They are always professional and come when we have emergency issues (probably because we are life long customers). J Scott came and did our semi annual maintenance today. What a complete job he did. Even hosed out the outside unit! I think this is one of the best semi annual maintenance jobs we've had! Super. This company, Burroughs, has been my go to AC HVAC Company for many many years. They CARE about the customer! I refer all my friends and family to them. The office staff (new) is top notch and Tommy is a great technician. They are reasonably priced and do a superior job! I am a life long customer and mouth piece. Mr. Burroughs is truly wonderful. Nitie is the most proficient and excellent office manager I've seen yet! Thank you for such great service!
