What a great experience. Unfortunately I had severe problems with my heating units. Air Mechanix made several trips to my house to get the job done and at various points I interacted with 5 of their technicians plus their scheduler.
They were all so polite, so professional, trustworthy, reliable. I was working from home while they were here and they were perfectly respectful of the space and of my focus.
Everyone involved communicated at a very high level and did a great job.
Highly recommend.

Not sure about the service but the guy driving today at 12pm 6/11 on abercorn cut us off completely as if we weren't right there. Tag RPH0195. Then proceeded to cut off others. No blinker or anything. Would have called the cops if we didn't have places to be. Crazy.

Very professional. Did a one time hvac tune-up. Sent pictures of potential issues to fix later along with the invoice. Highly communicative; even came out a second time at no charge to check on an issue. Did not try to upsell or push a contract. Would recommend!

Response is the only good think to say about my experience. Their office staff gets a five star***** for responsiveness and professionalism.
Technicians show up to replace an outside unit. Poorly prepared without necessary tools for lifting or moving the unit. Actually dropped the old unit on top of the NEW unit while trying to hand load into a panel van! Damaging the cover to the new unit. Requested they install the new unit then order replacement cover that could be installed once it arrives. As expected the technicians couldn't a decision so needed to contacted the OWNER.
I reached out to the distributor of the unit to see if it was possible to order just the top from the manufacture, which he confirmed was an easy process...they had 5 additional complete units in stock.
When I relayed this info to the OWNER I was given two options - accept the damaged unit as-is and they install it... or they load their tools up and go to the next job. Then I could reschedule for another install 2-4 days out pending their availability! I provided him a third option - unload my old unit from his truck, put it back on the pad, re-wire and re-plumb... THEN load up your tools and go to the next job! That's exactly what they did. If you are looking for a reputable contractor - do yourself a favor and keep looking!
