Would have given zero stars if available. Towed my car to wrong place. Blamed it on me. Told me they would tow it to the right place when they got a chance. Waited 5 hrs now on a Friday and auto repair shop my car is at is closed until Monday. I called and they told me I could get someone else to tow it if I wanted too. Then hung up on me.

Called Maurice's on a Saturday afternoon because I had a flat tire and needed a tow to a tire repair shop. They quickly answered the phone and promptly had a driver headed my way - he arrived within 20 minutes! The driver (David) did a great job getting my car on his lift, and let me ride with him to the repair shop. Never fun to have a flat tire, but Maurice's helped make the day a little better. A very professional business, and one I absolutely recommend. Service: Car towing

Left me hanging twice. Over 2hrs and stop answering the phone. 1 of the calls I sent them was for a old lady. Not good business at all. Wanted to talk to somebody about this before I just left a review but of course no answer. Left me hanging thats messed up. Cant do business with them or recommend them because thats unreliable, to have people waiting out there then just dont call them or answer the phone? 2 times???? No excuse I own a Roadside company & I still have a 5 star review, because I simply dont leave people hanging. Everybody aint me though. Service: Car towing

They Kept the vehicle for 1 day and charge 600$. Would only take cash and it was a 15 min drive down the rd. This is a rip off. Worst experience ever. I have never paid that much. I have never paid the much for impound. Taking advantage of people and situation is bad way to run business. I'm Local from green county and will let everyone know about this. My wife was pregnant and was rush by the ambulance and did not know what to do.
