I called Cliff after reading his reviews. He is exactly the angel everyone said he was. He stopped by the rest area to diagnose the problem with the car but had another car to deliver. As promised, he quickly came back to pick up my family and deliver them where they needed to go... on the way, he even bought them a burger! Godsend! Above and beyond service! Thank you, Cliff!!! This rim once had rubber attached. When the tire went, it sucked in the fender well and scraped it clean. Sparks flew, I parked, and found a flat spare. 900 pound vehicle on the trailer, middle of nowhere and fairly sure this is how a horror movie I watched once started - but Cliff came to the rescue and we made it home in one piece! Thanks Cliff!
