After feeling frustrated by the high-pressure tactics and opaque processes of two online lenders, a local attorney recommended I talk with Gary Rosenshein at Northpoint Mortgage. From the first phone call all the way through closing, Gary and his team were different. Each of the three team members I worked with were pleasant and professional. They were happy to answer my questions about their process and the loan itself. Calls and emails were answered quickly. I was apprised of the advantages moving quickly and locking while rates were low, but never pressured to do so. While I did not need to visit their office, I was glad to know I could meet with them in-person if necessary. Mine was just an ordinary home mortgage, but the service I received was top-notch. I would not hesitate to reccomend them or use them in the future.

Where can I begin with Gary Rosenshein... if you’re looking for someone who KNOWS what they are doing and can help you get your dream home, look no further. He is an expert lender. He was very patient with me throughout the entire process and always made sure to check in to make sure things were moving. He thinks 5 steps ahead of your average lender and I couldn’t recommend him more! He is truly on top of things and wastes zero time. Thank you Gary for helping me get financed and have my dream home.
