Truly some of the finest people to work with for a mortgage loan! Dedicated and Lou, along with his colleagues, are miracle workers. If youre in a predicament or special situation (whether seller or buyer caused) these guys will take care of you! Seamless and easy transaction. As an agent I found their communication to be top notch. It was very helpful to get frequent updates on the loan status so that I was able to keep my seller informed throughout the process. They even had to do some maneuvering midway through and were still able to get the loan closed efficiently and without delay.
