Y'all. This company is the truth. Seriously though.. they work with integrity and were honest/transparent about everything – from diagnosing the actual problem to pricing out their solutions. After having a different plumbing company fail to unclog my sewage line over the course of three days (and hit me with an outrageously high quote), I decided to shop around. That's what led to me calling PlumbPro –and man– it was the best call I've made in months! They showed up the same day, right on time, and unclogged my sewage line within the hour. Austin, Josh (I think that was his name?) and Randy were top-notch professionals and walked me through every step of what they were doing. These dudes not only know old Savannah homes and their janky plumbing, they also have the proper equipment and experience to fix them... and fast! No joke, after not being able to use my toilet, shower, etc for an entire week, I'm beyond relieved to finally put this issue behind me. So much so, I decided to write this review from the throne and celebrate with a flush. Cheers!
