    Eddie from Canadys came out to do a cleaning and check up on my system. I just purchased the house a year ago and inherited the system that was installed by another company. During inspection, Eddie discovered the fan was cutting out. Eddie went above and beyond in getting the replacement part covered under manufacturers warranty and even provided a window AC temporarily while the part was ordered. It was truly a wonderful experience as a customer and I would highly recommend Canadys.

    We had Canadys come out for our winter maintenance on our heat pump on December 19th. After the technician left, I noted a mess of insulation left on the floor and a small gash on the wall from the technicians ladder. I decided not to say anything as everyone has an off day once in a while but this is not the service we are accustomed to with Canadys. Some abnormalities were observed by me with our thermostat and heating/cooling system. I called and scheduled service to try and diagnose the problem. The technician who came out was very friendly and efficient. He explained that the previous technician had left the outside unit disconnected by accident so the system was running heat directly from our electricity. I again thought, ok, no harm done. However, I received our electric bill and was shocked that it is about double what it should have been. We try to take care of our home to the best of our ability and spend about $300 per year with Canadys to prevent problems with our heat pump. I called and obtained the email address of the customer service manager Mike Drayer and had requested repayment for the high side of the electric bill. I am STILL chasing down this repayment and never even received a phone call or an APOLOGY. Appalling customer service from a customer service manager. Beware if you are using Canadys and something goes wrong.
