The Carlyle at Godley Station Apartment Homes

The apartment complex is nice and service started off great. However, we did a guarantor application (which required 5x rent income) which we were told was approved which conditions on a Friday and planned to move in on the following Monday. They told us a conditional approval just meant we would need to pay the full amount for rent for a security deposit and we agreed. We paid movers to come for Monday and on Monday morning they called and told us that our application was actually denied with no explanation. This wasted time, money and resources. The staff should not have told us that we were approved if they were not 100% sure. The bad communication outweighs the good with this Complex. Just beware to any new applicants.

I came to the Carlyle for a tour and Ms. Ardeen was the most welcoming employee. She did a phenomenal job and was meticulous and informative. I loved her energy and how she was knowledgeable about all the silly little questions I had. Overall, my experience with Ardeen was exceptional and Im highly considering a place here.

If youre looking to move in dont look anywhere else, The customer service that I received by Ardeen was exceptional. I did a walk-thru of an apartment a couple days back and her dedication was amazing, every question I had she had an answer too, the knowledge she has of the facility and how she took care of me showed what service should be like, I might move within the next couple weeks.

My experience is before I move from Florida to Carlyle I did not do a tour, Shelby before she left makesend me a welcome letter with a price l, trust her I signed my lease without looking, but now I am paying an unit I can't afford
