The Crossings At Pooler Apartment Homes

We have lived here for over 2 years. The front office has always been great, very friendly and responsive. And The maintenance team is fantastic. Every request/problem weve had has been fixed immediately. I wish they would do more with the grounds- trees, bushes, grass, mulch; they need some attention. It looks great up front but around the buildings not so much. We do love it here though.

They we very courteous and very helpful. They even took us on a guided tour. It was very neat and clean as well as they are pet friendly which makes it even more desirable to live.

Mosby Lakes is a beautiful, quiet place with a friendly community. Amari made my move in process super simple and stayed on top of my application the whole time. If youre thinking about moving I definitely recommend checking this place out!

I have had a great year living here at Mosby! It's nearby the outlets, which is nice, I have zero issues with the amenities and the staff in the office is great. Nothing but helpful. Typically, when you're respectful to people, they're often respectful back (tip below for the one star ratings on the list). Parking can be a slight detractor as some people have multiple cars, but a walk never killed anyone. Only issues I can think of is that the residents here REALLY need to get better about picking up their dog waste. I used to take my dog to run all over the dog park, but I don't go anymore because it's a toilet, and nobody cleans up. It certainly isn't a reflection of maintenance or management, because it isn't their job to be cleaning up after dogs they don't own. People just need to be a little more self-aware.
