Made an offer online and the Manager Will countered. We emailed and sent text and I made arrangements to drive 72 miles to make the purchase for the price we agreed on. They tried to charge me an extra $6,000 never shop here!

We probably had our best experience dealing with Darren as with any deal we have ever made on a vehicle. I have bought more than several new vehicles in my life. I've never been a Dodge fan,100% Chevy. Darren did not pressure us in anyway but went further than any person has ever done in explaining all the ins and outs about Dodge. If he was to ever need a job I would find a place to put him. So professional and down to earth guy. If this Dodge works out we will be back to see Darren. JSCDJ is lucky to have great people, they are hard to find in most places must less a car dealership.Greg Jarrell

Prior to visiting Jeff Smith CDJR, my view on car salesman/dealerships was destroyed due to previous experiences. I was so nervous about having to go through the process of buying a new car. Chris Parker completely changed that! I never thought the buying process could be so easy and stress-free. He was attentive, reassuring and so caring. To top it off, he is hilarious! Along with his five star customer service, his knowledge on cars is impeccable. The finance manager, Blaike Jackson, is just as noble. These two men together have shifted my point of view. I will vouch for this place to anyone who is inquiring a new car. Chris still keeps in touch with me after the buying process to ensure that I am satisfied. Thank you guys for the best experience I never thought Id have! Thank you for caring.
